Thanks for the welcome Elmo! BTW, have you had much luck with the deer? I've taken 2, but just the eatin' kind, no horns yet!! My 13 year old grandson got his first deer, a doe, last year and was hooked. He and my 10 year old came down and hunted this year - both had chances to get one, the 10 year old shot at a 6 point and missed. I think he got buck fever, but he wouldn't admit it!! They'll both be back next year!!

My B-I-L, who we call the deer slayer, since he has to provide for his family, mine, mom, his mom, and his grandmother hasn't had his usual year. He took #2, a 4 points, 2 days ago. That one was mine, lol. Since we'll be killing T-Bone for the freezer shortly most of this deer will be canned.

I have fun taking the grandkids. My 10 year sidekick has taken 3 doe & two spikes. My 14 yearold grandson has taken 3 doe & a spike. Myself just a 8 point in Kansas.

Thank you Mr. Mudd for allowing me to join. But most of all, I thank you for allowing da Granny to open her Grubhouse! It has been a blessing to me these last couple of weeks. Granny always told me about her Grubhouse but I didn't have internet at home until just recently. So, I've been busy reading, reading, reading.
