• The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks the Governor's dog, then bites the Governor.
• The Governor starts to intervene, but reflects upon the movie "Bambi" and then realizes he should stop because the coyote is only doing what is natural.
• He calls animal control. Animal Control captures the coyote and bills the state $200 testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it.
• He calls a veterinarian. The vet collects the dead dog and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases.
• The Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and on getting his bite wound bandaged.
• The running trail gets shut down for 6 months while Fish & Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals.
• The Governor spends $50,000 in state funds implementing a "coyote awareness program" for residents of the area.
• The State Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world.
• The Governor's security agent is fired for not stopping the attack. The state spends $150,000 to hire and train a new agent with additional special training for the nature of coyotes.
• PETA protests the coyote's relocation and files a $5 million suit against the state.

TEXAS
• The Governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks his dog.
• The Governor shoots the coyote with his state-issued pistol and keeps jogging. The Governor has spent $.50 on a .45 ACP hollow point cartridge.
• The buzzards eat the dead coyote.

~ While visiting some cemeteries you may notice that headstones marking certain graves have coins on them, left by previous visitors to the grave. These coins have distinct meanings when left on the headstones of those who gave their life while serving in America's military, and these meanings vary depending on the denomination of coin. A coin left on a headstone or at the grave site is meant as a message to the deceased soldier's family that someone else has visited the grave to pay respect. Leaving a penny at the grave means simply that you visited. A nickel indicates that you and the deceased trained at boot camp together, while a dime means you served with him in some capacity. By leaving a quarter at the grave, you are telling the family that you were with the soldier when he was killed.

Career advice from a LEO veteran

Law enforcement is a tough but rewarding career. Unfortunately, it isn’t getting any easier. We see society at their maddest, saddest and baddest every single day. The things we see cannot be unseen. Take care of yourselves! Don't stress over the little things. When you see anti-police rhetoric by politicians, in social media or the news, remember, the vast majority of the public supports you and needs you! They always will! You serve in an honorable profession. Always wave back to kids and take time to talk to them! They look up to you! You are their heroes!

Try your best to not get involved in department politics and don't let department politics get the best of you. Don't spend your career constantly chasing the "next promotion." The higher you go, the more stress you’ll get. Stress kills. Don't get too disappointed when you get passed up for promotion or a special assignment; you'll learn and do better next time!

Don't sell your soul for promotion or that shiney new specialty assignment! Remember your roots. Remember those working beside you are your family, your brothers and sisters, treat them as such! Avoid the negativity as much as you can and try to keep a positive attitude! A negative attitude will make you a miserable person to be around; both at work and at home!

Remember to laugh and NEVER lose your sense of humor!

You're going to see some horrible stuff; stuff that nightmares are made of. Yes, the things you see WILL cause sleepless nights. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! You are human. This stuff IS NOT NORMAL! You're going to feel spent and want to shut down. TALK to someone when something is bothering you. Don’t carry this stuff around! Learn about hyper-vigilance and the emotional roller coaster of our lives in law enforcement! Talk to your friends, coworkers and significant others when something bothers you. If you don’t, it will pile up! Don’t try to drink away the images, trust me, it doesn’t work! Talk to a therapist when you need to. There is no shame in doing so!

Get out and find your "happy place" outside of police work and visit it often. Don't eat, drink and breathe police work; it will consume you and spit you out! Remember your hobbies outside of the job! Exercise!

Don't burn yourselves out working all that OT to pay for your ski boat, new truck or expensive spouse. Live within your means! An injury or OJI will stop that OT and put you in serious financial trouble! Financial stress sucks.

Retirement age is getting older and older. Many are going to have to work into their late 50’s before they can pull a pension. Take care of yourself both mentally and physically and never ever neglect your family or spouses for the sake of this job. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

I avoid meat from Wal Mart like the plague. Any store that does not have their own, in house butcher is off limits to me.

Strong words? Yes!

Warning . . . my pen is loaded, cocked, ready, and the safety is off. Yes ma’am, I’ll work hard to watch my language, to a degree, but my tone will be quite unmistakable. That . . . I’m pretty sure of.

Normally on Sunday, my demeanor is one filled with an added sense of peace, calmness, empathy, love, thankfulness, etc. . . . just like your demeanor, I suspect.

But not today.

I’d normally be concerned about this mental shift toward a non-standard attitude, but let’s be real . . . how can anyone maintain their usual level of decorum and objectivity, given what we’ve all witnessed these last few weeks, particularly these last few days, and not be impacted in a way that negatively affects our observable behavior to some degree?

I’m going to lose many friends and followers today. But, my Louisiana bayou upbringing compels me to honor the words of Edmund Burke:

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

It is for others and for God to judge whether or not I’m a good man, but I do know that I can’t just sit around and “do nothing” while at the same time expecting to maintain a clear conscience.

The truth is, this day has been fermenting for about 4 years now, and in my opinion, the lid has come off these last couple of weeks to fully expose the putrid smell of what has brought us to this point. And no one in the USA has been able to outflank the disgusting odor of it all any longer. It has reached the doorstep of even the most even keeled among us, and has irreversibly yawed previously stable personal directions. The stench of this evil I refer to is very real, and it’s perpetrators exist among us in plain sight. But now, more than ever, we’ve all been forced to have to consume the detestable scent of their surreptitious actions.

Take a good look in the mirror. Have you become one of them? “They” have succeeded with legions of minions, but have “they” succeeded with you as well? Are you now tilted toward the unmitigated divisiveness being vigorously cultivated constantly by the lower than whale dung, agenda driven members of the media who criminally impersonate journalists every single 24 hour rotation of our planet? Can you truthfully deny having been brainwashed, Jim Jones style, by the nefarious POS political “leaders” who are motivated more by their unquenchable thirst for money and power than by any scintilla of love for country or an honest desire to serve the people?

Do yourself a favor; practice some high level of intellectual honesty here. It’s very important. Are you sucking hard on the Lemon aid of CNN and consuming the Madcow infested meat of MSNBC? Are you wallowing knee deep in California Schiff and being voluntarily sodomized by New York City Schumer?

Strong words? Yes!

But that is what these people have been doing to all of us!!! The pattern has been more than quite obvious (to anyone breathing) ever since the period immediately preceding the “bitches supporting bitches” late night tirade featuring the childish destruction (by Hillary) of a facility decorated for what was to have been the Clinton victory party. Remember, after an uncontested 2016 loss (uncontested, even by the imitation journalists), there was the unprecedented lack of a concession speech on that historic night from a major party candidate for president of the United States of America! The historical precedent of a peaceful transition of power in this country after an election was forever stained by not only Clinton and her cabal, but in large part by their cadre of prostitutes in the media along with the sitting president’s administration of that period.

Strong words? Yes!

But don’t forget, The Washington Post (hole digger) published “The Campaign to Impeach President Trump has Begun” just mere minutes after he was inaugurated. The effort to pin a Russian conspiracy on the president’s campaign staff had already begun. And we all saw the tortured souls’ screams, the street level riotous behavior, and the disintegration of any semblance of professional public posturing among those deranged by the loss of their chosen candidate. It was remarkably similar to the antics of tribal subsets in the populations of third world countries. Much of it might have been entertaining, and even comical, were it not so embarrassing, disrespectful, and uber unpatriotic.

And so here we are today, a nation, as well as the rest of the planet, battling an unwelcome intrusion into our modern day world order. The Coronavirus of 2020 story is not nearly over, but when all is indeed said and done, certain facts, figures, anecdotes, and observations will need to be written . . . and not glossed over in an effort to obscure the truth about the tyrants of tyranny operating quite effectively during this particular “crisis” . . . and the roots of their politically manufactured alternative state of reality as compared with mankind’s past episodes in doing battle with microscopic organisms. And the roots of this pandemonium in the Purell isle are indeed what I briefly summarized above . . . the 2016 presidential election’s unexpected results.

Now hold on for just a minute! Before you go off on me for taking a very vocal position on this, be sure you really know what my position really is. Too many today are plagued with short attention spans, and have already written this rant off as faux political pontificating from an Old Cajun Dude that doesn’t know his a$$ from a mole hole. Well fine. Move along. You probably are not worth the time and effort anyway. You’ve already made up your mind, like the rest of your kind. You don’t need facts. You don’t need truth. You, in your haughty circle of all knowing, all seeing, modern day Nostradamus wanna-be types, already claim to know every damn thing there is to know about every damn thing. And from your perches atop the unholy food chain of liberal standard bearers, you let us know about this ingrained sense of exponential self worth every chance you get. From your network anchor chairs, to the head of the newspaper and magazine editors’ conference tables, you spout your agenda driven “news” as though it were all factual, when in truth it’s information that’s been censored and highly adulterated by your political opinions. You are certainly no Walter Cronkite, and in fact you dishonor the career field he so aptly and professionally represented. And in addition, while you claim from atop your pedestal to be tolerant of others, you are in actuality proven daily to be a central part of the group that is the most intolerant of others and their opinions that is allowed to freely exist in our country today. From your minions rioting when they don’t get their way, to your peons disrupting people’s private lives in restaurants, theaters, and other public places, you have cultivated the epitome of intolerance among the feeble minded followers of your prostituted view of our constitution.

Strong words? Yes!

Look around!!! You have indeed cultivated . . . as well as fed, watered, and fertilized an “us versus them” mentality with your unending supply of hate spawned digital dung and nightly verbal viciousness toward America and all that was once considered good and righteous. And that mentality you are wholly responsible for is why young mothers can’t find diapers, and why I can’t find toilet paper. “To hell with others!” is what you preach incessantly, and “To hell with others!” is what we now see happening across the country in virtually ever store isle. Whether it’s hand sanitizer, toilet paper, diapers, meat, bread, water, or medicine . . . the atrocious behavior of the feeble minded hoarders is the result of your hate. This is all on you! You hate our Bibles, you hate our guns, you hate our chosen lifestyles, our success, our contributions, and our patriotism. These choices we have made are why you find us “deplorable” . . . and what triggers your unyielding intolerance.

If this virus turns out to be as bad as the America haters want us to believe it will be, I’ll be the very first to eat some of my words, and to admit I erred at some level in some areas. And it may very well be a virus that is very bad indeed! There is no disputing that. It could turn out to be quite horrible. We just don’t yet really know enough at this point. But . . . that does not excuse the new abnormal created by the media prostitutes and the lowly, disingenuous, POS politicians and their hacks. I guarantee you this; if Hillary “uranium stealing” Clinton were president, this would have been treated just as the swine flu and SARS was. Coronavirus would be getting handled just as the Avian flu and Ebola was handled. And in the process, the “bitches supporting bitches” president would have received endless accolades for her every action, inaction, and bathroom break. But in this TDS infected atmosphere (the most serious epidemic facing America), there can be absolutely no correct action by the president and his administration. The polluters of our once civilized culture will continue to spread garbage no matter what action, inaction, or bathroom break taken or not taken by the current administration. And that’s why people are scared. That’s why people are panicked. That garbage strewn throughout the media and political wasteland is exactly why we are seeing such debased and illogical behavior among those ignorant of the big picture truths. I promise you, and will bet you on one thing for sure . . . if this Coronavirus ends up being no more serious than the other epidemics of the past 20 or 30 years, the pollutant personalities I have been referencing will NEVER eat their words. And it will continue to be the most distasteful, most destructive, most despicable, and endless cycle of unmitigated hate and “projection” ever witnessed since the time of the first writings of man. Long after we’re all gone, the effects of TDS will still plague our society. We’ll never be the same, because the haters have won. It doesn’t matter if this turns out to be the accidental or intentional release of a Chinese bio weapon. It’s really irrelevant if they and others were deficient in truth telling and/or the handling of this epidemic. It doesn’t seem to amount to a hill of beans that the numbers are minuscule relative to cases of the common seasonal flu. The facts don’t matter at all anymore . . . because the haters have indeed won. And you now can’t find toilet paper because of their victory over the minds of the meek.

You are statistically not likely to be one of the haters I speak of, having read this far down my wordy penned attempt to accurately verbalize our collective disgust. But you and I are now paying a serious price for their moral, societal, and unethical criminality. I am but one person, but I want to do everything I can to help squash this atmosphere of deceit and cultural degradation. I want to spray for the roaches that are the real cause of the syndrome that is actually killing our communities. And this is but my first tank of homegrown digital defense against the roaches’ ravenous exploits to perpetuate and consolidate their power over our no longer reliable sources of information. I feel it probably will not be my last.

And go ahead haters! I won’t censor or delete any of your comments this time. Why? Because it’s much better to let you show your true colors to more of the good people among us. They need occasional reminders of how truly irrational and irreverent too many of you have become. The mainstream media runs cover for your debased behavior and malignant immortality . . . but I’m certainly not going to. I’m going to let you be you on this one. And I don’t personally give a rat’s rectum what you think about me. You’ve proven yourselves incapable of rational, fact based, critical thinking time and time again. You’re too busy searching for something to be offended about so you can run to your safe spaces and pet unicorns. So what you think about me affects me in pretty much the same manner that the ocean is affected when a crab takes a dump.

As a matter of fact, your attacks on me will be considered a badge of honor. There nothing I like more than to stir up a hornet’s nest just before lighting it up. And if you work to get this Facebook page taken down, that’s just more proof of exactly what you smell like. And more proof of exactly what Zuckerturd smells like. I don’t make a dime from this. I don’t have to do this. I started this page purely to help raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. And this page will continue to promote that incredible institution in its fight against cancer, which stands to benefit all of humanity . . . if Zuckerturd doesn’t let one of his pencil neck piss ants pull the plug on it.

Yes my friends, it’s a very serious time. We all need to concentrate on that right now. We all need to do our part. No good comes from panic, but focused action can result in positive outcomes.

My pen’s overpressure release valve did indeed blow open last weekend. It was long overdue. And yes, I stand behind every bit of that somewhat long winded tirade. It’s been really tough sometimes to stay silent, comical, personable, and non-judgmental while absorbing the various adulterated versions of the “news” these last few years from the garbage pile of less than honorable sources.

And during this time of a world wide emergency . . . it’s really extra tough.

No . . . my circuit breaker did not trip because of the abundance of misinformation spewed from alleged “journalists” . . . they’ve been guilty of that particular sin for sometime now. And they have been very adept at truncated reports that leave out just the precise facts and phases so as to completely distort the actual context of quotes or events. And dismissing these actions as oversights or just incidents of ineptitude has long been proven to be nothing but derrière cover for sinister political intentions. These people are smart; these people are crafty. They know exactly what they are doing to shape a narrative that their world view can cuddle naked with, regardless of the criminal lack of integrity in the reporting of a story.

My fuse was blown last weekend for pretty much the same reason that many of you have apparently reached a breaking pressure point on . . . in a word - duplicity! The unbridled duplicity evident in how issues are handled and reported is maddening. This reckless and obtuse partisanship shown by media and political elites that have led to the atmosphere blanketing our county’s current predicament has been nothing short of disgusting, dangerous, and diabolical. When our country was at war with a common enemy in the past, we were all on the same team, and we all rallied in support of this nation’s leadership, and in support of the tough decisions they had to make.

But not this time.

Back when the administration shut down travel from China by non-citizens . . . that was immediately labeled as a racist act. The talking heads were all over that. “Are you kidding me?” I thought, knowing that the epidemic China was encountering with its epicenter in Wuhan was quickly becoming a major concern by scientists the world over. The noise from the media mimicking those who would have our country open all borders to all people all the time was familiar, but somewhat unexpected. Didn’t these people have a clue that this might be a serious threat to the health of Americans? If they did, it wasn’t yet time for them to play that angle just yet. Their purpose was still better suited (they thought) by the playing of the old race card for a while longer at that point.

But then, as fast as you can throw a light switch, the malcontents of media madness began to shift into panic inducing mode! Their not so secret agenda of the past four years could be better fueled (they strategized) by fostering wide spread panic. This, along with the naked hypocrisy of “I was against decisive action before I was for decisive action” included the detestable finger pointing and misuse of the blame game. Now, they reported, the administration did not do enough, was not concerned enough, and was not acting swiftly enough to fight the coming pandemic. It mattered not that they were contradicting their own previous statements. And it mattered not that they had no inclination to find out what was really taking place behind the scenes as tireless government officials were working diligently with public and private entities to put a battle plan into place. As has often been the case, the truth didn’t matter and wasn’t accurately reported. Only the preferred narrative of the sham newscasters selling soap seemed to cross the vast majority of the digital universe’s information pathways.

And they succeeded. The haters won that round. People began to panic in almost unimaginable and highly illogical ways, given the information we had at that point in time.

Toilet paper became the story.

You and I couldn’t find toilet paper. Why? Was there an expected shortage? No. Was the virus expected to create an unusual increase in the usage of toilet paper? No. Were there transportation and distribution issues with the vaunted tissues? No. But between the Lemon aid and Madcow meat the media mongers manipulated to fuel their narcissistic narrative . . . toilet paper, hand sanitizers, and a host of other products began to be hoarded by people inclined to embrace the us versus them divisiveness preached daily from the network pulpits.

Note: Us vs Them is great . . . when it’s America vs the totalitarian regimes like China and Iran. But it’s NOT good when it’s US citizen vs US citizen for a package of Charmin.

But have you noticed what’s taken place the last day or so?

Mainstream media wasn’t getting away any longer with the “not enough action, and not soon enough” tag lines . . . at least not with most of us. So, encore! They are back to playing the China race card. The leftist media guys and gals are distributing propaganda, free of charge, for the totalitarian, communist government of China. With no shame, they are helping to provide cover for the very entity that could have perhaps prevented this world wide catastrophe. They are, in essence, working for the communist government and against ours. They are helping China protect their brand and aiding in the hate-America dream of dismantling the USA brand.

Strong words. Damn right. But we’re talking about a malicious media mob that is apparently more negatively affected mentally by TDS than they are by the Coronavirus pandemic!

Sad, sick, sorry souls whose puppet strings are controlled by the professional purveyors of divisiveness.

But . . . we’re are starting to see fleeting glimpses of the lamb laying down with the lion. Did you hear the governor of New York’s gracious compliments about the job the administration is doing to battle this invisible enemy? Did you hear one of the Islamic members of “the squad” making positive comments about the administration’s actions toward tackling this virus? I even heard the president praising the governor of California for his actions to help stem the spread of Covid-19. Is this perhaps a precursor to the mouths of the media taking on a more civilized and conciliatory tone.

I doubt it.

I watched with disgust the news conference yesterday filled with loaded questions from the predictable representatives of networks with an antagonistic agenda. The seriousness of this situation, the heroic efforts by tireless members of the administration to manage it, nor the growing cooperation between previous political sparring partners has managed to temper the hyper-partisan approach by the lowest of the lowest among journalism’s imitators. They are unrelenting in their efforts to create a permanent and hostile division in our population with a narrative they have hypocritically honed for four long years. And not even a killer virus seems to give them pause.

And did you see/hear what the lunatic mayor of NYC was spouting off about earlier today? The guy is one of the many incorrigible political lowlifes in this country. I think it’s past time to call them out. He can’t even seem to work with his own Governor, who is a member of the same political party he allegedly belongs to. You can’t make this stuff up.

Bottom line, do the right thing. And ignore all the ridiculous noise. Like some other group running this country would have done a better job. Poppycock! . . . as our British friends would say. And truthfully, don’t you prefer an administration that offers continuously updated and accurate information as well as providing us with a hopeful and positive tone for the American people to embrace? If the man was up there preaching doom and gloom and that the end of the world is near, the same hypocritical buttholes would be accusing him of scaring the people in order to take away more of their civil liberties and human rights.

Tell me I’m wrong!

I intend to practice, and have been, practicing, extreme social distancing along with the prudent hand washing and other suggestions from the team handling this situation at the federal level. For security and privacy issues, I can’t tell you all of the details of my and my colleague’s actions to insure that our very minimized circle of people are protected. We are self-isolating in an extremely vigilant manor. And I do hope you are all doing so as well, and giving guidance to all you have influence with. This is not a time to be reckless and carry around an attitude of Invincibility.

The best way to treat this situation . . . in my opinion . . . make every action you take reflect the possibility that YOU are carrying the virus . . . and work constantly and diligently to make sure that you do not give it to anyone else. We can’t afford to spread this to our elderly population in a needlessly reckless manner. We have to all take a really tough stand on this one.

I was reminded this morning by someone who cares about me that I am no longer a spring chicken. Maybe we should all act more like none of us are spring chickens.
