Everyday of our lives We are Blessed . . .

Here's a place for gardens of fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs {spots that are tended-to by us or our neighbours-relatives}

We can share our pictures or try to help each other with questions, experiences, advices, garden-tools, what works and what doesn't . . .

May 'Gardens' be an encouragement to "keep up the good work!"

We Just Never Know ....

The Lemon-Tree grown from seeds that we got from a very thorny tree that was on a very old homestead ---- it's yellow now but there was another fruit hanging right beside it--it turned orange and tasted like an orange---the parent tree hung all yellows and tasted like lemons thus the reason it was named The Lemon Tree . . .

Kale

Kale is undoubtedly one of our favorite leafy greens. Did you know that it has 10x more vitamin C than Spinach?

Angel Trumpet flower . . .

looks like this . . .

fragrance is undescribable, do know that it's GOOD!

I have two plants in the ground: one in the front yard and the other in the back yard . . . this bloom is hanging off the third plant that is kept in a planter, gets overwintered in the 'green-house' tent --- trying to figure what to do with my plants for when winter time comes because what I've been using is now no-more . . .

My favourite of the Angel Trumpets is the double-flowering purple/white one and it's fragrance is Awesomely-Good!

Laughing Laughing Laughing looks like the dress that Marilyn Monroe is wearing in Mrs. Sparkle2much's profile pic!!!

What a weekend! We got everything planted in our garden on Saturday! Woo-hoo! It was a VERY hot day so after getting the garden done, Allen and I went to the ice cream stand up the road and got a BANANA SPLIT! Hadn't had one in years! Yum-yum, great supper! Wink
