~ *Honeysuckle* is still My! most favourite 'flavour' even though it now has a new design ♥
~ What woman wants to walk around smelling like nothing??? A very nice classic *Wild Rose* scent left upon My! skin ... I love it so much that I literally walk up to my friends and people and encourage them to smell me ♥
~ *Green Apple* is so "Ah-PEEL-ing" ... made me think i was peeling apples while 'doing' My! shaving ... since it was so creamy/smooth, it is going to replace the can of Barbasol ™ shaving cream ♥ _________________ We don't have much, what we have, we share. |

~ I am still in love with *Pure Grace* scent & colour that makes me think I am in Heaven ♥
~ Natural soap at its finest! Fresh, herbal rosemary blends perfectly with the sweetness of the mint producing a very nice *Rosemary Mint* scent on My! hands, especially when catching a whiff of it while Hand-Quilting 'yo-yo' Quilts ~ hours later my hands are still soft and smell great ♥
~ My! husband requested that i need to order some more of this fruity bar of soap because he just LOVES a juicy *Watermelon* _________________ We don't have much, what we have, we share. |

~ *Camouflag* Soap Debut: It's finally released!!! The Robin's Nest has been hesitant to release this soap...for a very selfish reason...it smells WONDERFUL!!! Yep, been enjoying the fragrance of the unwrapped soaps. Well, now they are all wrapped up and ready to go. Not just for hunters! Any man would love this camouflaged handmade goat milk soap.
~ It is scented with a perfect blend of bay leaf, fir needles, cedarwood, and bergamot. Snowbird patterned the design/colours after her husband's old Army National Guard BDUs. _________________ We don't have much, what we have, we share. |

~ Snowbird: Let me introduce you to "Mister". This is a new design and fragrance to The Robin's Nest Soaps! The fragrance is described as "Vibrant Bergamot and fresh basil leaf are complemented by earthy notes of Oakmoss and white patchouli." It is a WONDERFULLY clean scent! This one is destined to become a best seller!!!
I did a version of the Clyde Slide technique for the upper portion of this soap. It is scented with *Barber Shoppe* fragrance oil. Given the name of the fragrance, I had originally thought I would do the colours/design of a barber shop pole. But when it arrived yesterday, the scent was WAY too sophisticated for what I had intended!
When deciding on a name for this soap, I definitely wanted a manly name. How much more manly can you get than "Mister"?! By the way, that is what my Mama would call Daddy when she would speak of him here in her *Granny's Grubhouse* This was probably her favourite place to be on the internet before she passed away. Thanks, Mr. Mud, for allowing her to have her own little nook on the net!
*** Addendum ***
It's funny how everything looks, and sounds, like it would make a good bar of soap when you're a soaper! After publishing the post above, I got to thinking about Mudflaps. I think "Mudflaps" would be a great name for a man's soap! Stay tuned...ha,ha!

So true Lil' Sis. My time knowing her was very short compared to all of you but she made a huge, huge impact on my life. Even when we argued about Christmas or birthdays or school I loved her dearly. I miss her greatly but am so glad she got to go be with her Savior and the Mister. _________________ I'm a happy Deplorable that likes my Crumbs!

~ Daddy met Mama in 1966 while stationed at Fort Polk, loUiSiAna. It was true love at first sight. They were married three weeks later! We always joked that Mama was crazy for marrying a man that she only knew for three weeks...he could have been "America's Most Wanted"....ha,ha,ha. The Lord blessed them with four children (plus one in heaven due to a miscarriage). In addition to raising us four, they also raised Mama's baby sister, Lil'Sis. Our home was one of love and great hospitality, the door was always open and the coffee pot always on! Mama and Daddy celebrated their 45th anniversary in May 2011. Daddy passed away the next month. Nine months later, the Lord suddenly and unexpectedly called Mama home, too. So, they never faced a wedding anniversary apart! We miss them terribly! They loved the Lord and their family. They stood firm in the faith even in death. As Psalms 16:6 says, ...yea, I have a goodly heritage.

It'll be okay - it's only ol'Arthur, you know him, yes? For those who don't yet, I pray arthritis never visitates yo' house. Poor mister had the rheumatoid kind which really got into his feet besides other places. He had to take an injection twice a month for it.
I'll never forget the first time I saw those big feet of his. Growing up, my daddy never really showed any skin, so I was actually clueless as to the male anatomy other than all my younger brothers. Mister and I courted for nearly 3 weeks before eloping off to Jasper teXas to get hitched. Our wedding night was blah due to my nervousness... but boy howdy, the next morning ... there were those big feet of his'n partly sticking out from the cover. I spied 'em and said, "what on earth?!". He put one out and said, "that's my foot". I had never seen such, as mine were size 5 at that time. And you know what? His ain't even as big as my sons'n'law who both wear over size 13.
I sure hope that wasn't TMI, lol. If you knew me and mister, you'd know how funny it is. I have so many memorable tales from 45 yrs of loving him - I could write a book. { that's what she had 'said' }
