Laughing It's as least as good as those old machines with the belt that you looped around your mid-section and it jiggled the fire out of you.

Today marks six months without a drop of pop or any kind of soda. Six months without eating bread, cake or anything sweet. No rice, potatoes, or pasta. The change in my body has been fantastic. I feel great and I've lost 75 lbs & my pants no longer fit right. No sugar or mad carbs, eating healthy and above all one hour of exercise every day!!!
I don't know who's status this is, but I was happy for them so I copied and pasted it. You can too! LOL!!! 😂😂😘
See yall it pays to read to the end!!!

Very Happy ~ ~ T-Tapp Hoe Downs: 3 minutes of carb busting - https://youtu.be/lsURicKB_G8

Smile T-Tapp Workout's Hoe Downs movement has been known to:
• Increase mental clarity.
• Help control hormonal mood swings often experienced with PMS and menopause.
• Drop glucose levels quickly (from 62 to 85 points upon completion and an average rate up to 100 points at 10 minutes post completion.
• Burn off excess glucose before it converts to fat.
• Increase brain balance.

Hoe Downs involve simultaneous left/right brain, mind-to-muscle movement. Because of this, initial coordination doing the single count lift/touches from front to side can be challenging, but within a week cognitive processing significantly improves. It is important to exercise the brain as well as the body for better quality of life!

Hoe Downs are aerobic and, like all T-Tapp movements, they use full fiber muscle activation to work your whole body - legs, backside, core, lats and abs all at once!

Try Hoe Downs once or twice a day and see what they do for you!

I have a new enemy, his name is Raoul, the trainer at the gym I'm going to. I have been going to his abdominals class and circuit training class. Now I am sore. I guess that's good. I'm also walking the treadmill 4-5 hours a week there too but I don't need his help for that. He'd probably tell me to go faster, faster!

No fresh tomatoes available over here. No farmers market. I'm hoping there'll still be some around home in a week.

Wish I had some of your fresh maters, Lori. Tomato hornworms cut all my buds before I knew it. Those suckers are hard to see! Natural camouflage!

Sorry to hear that Unk. My mom's garden hasn't been producing many tomatoes though she did recently say it's getting a bit better.
